En Zo Werd MultiTint Geboren

And So MultiTint Was Born

My little brother Joël is vain—in a good way. Always well-groomed, stylish, with an eye for detail. A confident young man. During a soccer match, he sustained an injury. Studs, right in his face. At the time, he had just started living on his own in Amsterdam. Young, free, independent. But because of that wound and that large, standard white bandage, he felt watched. Uncomfortable. Insecure, I might even say. As if that bandage screamed: look at me!!!! It was the middle of summer in a bustling city, but he preferred to stay inside. He couldn't find the bandages he needed at that moment. How strange!?! That struck me, and I decided to do something about it.

What Joel went through happens to all of us.

We all need a band-aid sometimes. But what if that band-aid doesn't suit you? People need an alternative. A choice. Another option. Simply a product that reflects who you are and what you want to project. You decide whether you want to stand out or be discreet. It's about freedom. About recognition. About a sense of identity.
Whether you're a kid on the playground, a top athlete on the field, or just someone down on their luck looking to try a different color—we're here for you. We strive for a world where finding what you need at school, the office, or the corner store is a given.

Because inclusion and diversity are more than just buzzwords. Everyone's talking about them. But we're actually doing something about them. The world is so colorful and diverse by design. It's time to bring that color you see around you back into the products we use every day. Like band-aid.

🫶🏻Because 1 color is not enough.
🫶🏽Because you can choose better.
🫶🏿Because recognition heals.

And so MultiTint was born.
