Let’s talk about…. Huidskleur!

Let's talk about... skin color!

We're going to talk about skin color. We don't have to make it complicated, but it's important. And because at MultiTint we believe that it's simply can . With openness, with love and a little courage.

Why it matters

Skin color is something you carry with you, every day. It's visible. It's personal. It's part of who you are, without it completely defining you. determines . And yet… skin color plays a role in many small things. Even in something as small as a Band-Aid.

Because let's face it: how often have you seen a patch that actually looks like your skin?

A band-aid is not a fashion item, but you don't have to hide it either

Whether you're at work, at school, on the soccer field, or in the supermarket— a band-aid is something you shouldn't even think about. And yet, you do when your skin is darker than the "standard beige" band-aid. Because that light spot on your skin is visible.

At MultiTint, we make patches in multiple skin tones. Not as an extra. But as a starting point. Because we believe in care that's right. And in small things that feel big when they're finally right.

We don't call them "inclusive band-aids." We just call them band-aids. As they should have been.

No backlash. Just for everyone

MultiTint wasn't born out of frustration, but out of vision. Because we believe everyone should have the right to identify with everyday products. Because representation shouldn't be the exception. Because equality lies in the details.

You count!

You too, with light skin, simply belong. Because inclusion is not an opposite story. It is take everyone along . Period.

Who we do this for

For children who see themselves for the first time in something as simple as a bandage. For parents who want their child to feel seen. For people with a wound on their skin and a wish in their heart: "Can I just be here?"

The answer is yes.

So yeah — let's talk about skin color.

Not as a problem. But as a reality. And as an opportunity.

🫶🏿For care that's right.
🫶🏽For visibility without shouting.
🫶🏼For the power of a small, well-chosen plaster.
